Pre- Shout Routines

When you are at the driving range and sliding a ball over from the tray to the mat the tray to the mat whilst you are working on technique which is good we suggest you try to incorporate at least half off your pre-shout routine into your ball hitting.


Obviously it would become a bit to much to step off the mat and walk into the ball every shot, so that is what we mean by incorporating half your routine.


Once you have moved the ball onto the mat , try this:


1. Put your right foot in line with the ball


2. Place your club down behind the ball


3. place your left foot down,


4. set your right foot into position.
