Rhythm In The Golf Swing
Updated: Mar 11
A good tip to work on your timing at the golf range is to use a metronome.
These days you can download them from the app store for free, with my beats a good one to use for example.
Set to 4/4 about 60 beats per minute. From here work on taking it back o a beat and then hitting the ball on the next beat . You should begin to get a feeling that you are storing the energy on the way down for a few 100ths of a second.
Of course a metronome is mostly used for putting practice, but give it a try at the range on your full swing and you will get a groove going technically, regards the rthym of the swing.
